Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
- Supervise maintenance tasks and projects
- Maintain PTAC units to ensure proper functionality
- Perform electrical work including reading schematics
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment
Skills:
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Supervisory skills for overseeing maintenance activities
- Experience in facilities maintenance to upkeep the premises
- Customer service orientation to address maintenance needs effectively
